Thanks for the product :). When the system works, the keys do their job. I thought they would follow up, but the followup was to ask me to give a review, so here I am. Several orders have gone off well, but the last order was canceled a long while after I placed it, because they didn' t have the key. I' ve had to replace quite a few of my macbook keys (Apple really screwed up with this laptop keyboard). I guess their stock is not often up to date! The first time I opted to just receive the pieces below the key, but this time I told them I am waiting for the key itself. It snapped right into place and works perfectly. The butterfly switch on this key wasn' t broken, so I just needed the key itself. 
This is the third key on my MacBook Pro that has broken, and the third that I have replaced via ReplacementLaptopKeys. Posted by Warren Benedetto on 30th Dec 2021 I only needed the keys but the plastic clips are also included, and installation was so easy i just pop in the key so can' t get much easier than this.
